Region One hosts free mental health awareness event in Edinburg

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Region One in Edinburg announces its upcoming Mental Health Awareness event.

The free event is set for Saturday, May 31, from 9 a.m. to noon and aims to promote mental health awareness and connect the community with resources and the importance of seeking mental health support.

Activities for the day include local author readings, games, and a technology playground. The event is open to all ages and does not require attendees to bring any documents.
