Red flag warning goes into effect Wednesday

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A red flag warning is expected to go into effect on Wednesday morning until 7 p.m. due to low humidity levels, strong and dry northerly winds gusting between 20 mph and 30 mph.

These, along with dry fuel across the Valley, represent a potential for wildfires.
