Red Cross to donate supplies at Harlingen Fair Park

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — After being one of the cities most impacted by last weeks severe rainfall, Harlingen is working to ensure its residents recovery from the devastating floods.

The American Red Cross will be handing out supplies to those in need at Fair Park in Harlingen.
