President of Edinburg Chamber of Commerce arrested

EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The President of the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce was arrested early Saturday morning.

The Edinburg Police Department confirmed with ValleyCentral that Mario Lizcano Jr. was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated.
