Power outage hits Weslaco, affecting more than 2,800 customers

WESLACO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Over 2,000 Magic Valley Electric Cooperative customers have been affected by power outages in the area of Weslaco.

According to the Magic Valley power outage map, 2,812 customers have been affected by the power outages in the Weslaco area.

According to the map, the outage is estimated to last 13 minutes.

ValleyCentral has reached out to Magic Valley for information regarding the outage, but has not yet received a response.
