Portion of US 281 closed following deputy, 18-wheeler crash

LINN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A portion of northbound U.S. 281 is closed to investigate a crash involving a deputy and an 18-wheeler.

According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the accident occurred off El Rucio Road in the Linn-San Manuel area.

Northbound traffic on U.S. 281 is being diverted to FM 186.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash. No injuries have been reported.
