PHARR, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Pharr Public Works Department continues to assist residents with picking up trash and debris that accumulated on the streets during last week's storm.
"We're going to be here for several days. We have all our resources out, and we have all our staff out here," said Luis Marin, Pharr Public Works Director.
Crews are going from East Dicker Road to Veterans Boulevard and will continue traveling westbound to pick up trash.
"Just be patient. We will be getting there," Morin said. "We are going to try to meet all your needs."
Pharr Public Works has also opened the Residential Collection Station to drop off any trash or debris.
Residents can drop off their trash and debris collection between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
The station is located at 800 Maco Dr. in Pharr.
This initiative is available to Pharr residents only.
