• Mass Gathering Regulation: Second reading of an ordinance amending regulations, fees, and approval processes for public amusements and open-air markets.
• Infrastructure Bidding: Authorization to advertise for bids for the Pharr Pedestrian Connections sidewalk project (Cage, Veterans, and Jackson).
• Elections: Approval of city facilities (Recreation Center, Library, etc.) as polling locations for the 2026 General and Runoff Elections.
