Perez: There is a tsunami of development coming to Pharr

PHARR, Texas – Pharr Economic Development Corporation President Victor Perez recently gave a presentation to the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors. 

In a wide-ranging power point presentation, Perez spoke about industrial, commercial, and retail development. He also spoke about the expansion of the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge, his city’s award-winning fiber-to-the-home broadband service, and developing a skilled workforce. 

Later that day, Perez gave the Rio Grande Guardian an interview about his presentation to GMAR. Here is the interview. He said there is a tsunami of development coming. By way of example he cited a million square foot development by Majestic Realty.
