PD: Idaho fugitive found hiding in Donna employee home

DONNA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A fugitive wanted in Idaho was found hiding in a Donna residence that belonged to a city employee, police stated.

Donna Police Chief Gilberto Guerrero said officers responded to the 400 block of South 6th Street regarding a man who was wanted for rape. It was discovered that the home he was hiding in belonged to a City of Donna employee.

The fugitive, identified as 19-year-old Randy Nicolas Flores, was arrested Tuesday night.
