PD: Anonymous tip leads to drug bust in Donna

DONNA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A man was taken into custody following a drug seizure, the Donna Police Department announced.

On Sept. 25, Donna PD, working alongside the Law Enforcement Emergency Regional Response Team and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, executed a search warrant at a residence located at 309 S. 25th Street.

According to a news release from Donna PD, the investigation stemmed from an anonymous tip regarding suspected narcotics distribution at the residence.

During the search, authorities found narcotics inside the home.

Antonio Reyes Alegria was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
