Paws Fur Help 5K run, walk: Supporting spay/neuter services

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Dendea L. Balli from Paws Fur Help discusses the upcoming "Paws Fur Help" 5K run and 1-mile walk event on October 4 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Mission Hike and Bike Trail.

Registration is $30, which includes a jersey and a medal shaped like a paw. The event supports spay and neuter services, with half of the funds allocated to the community and the other half to the Mission Animal Shelter.

The trail starts at Conway and runs along the Mission Animal Shelter, welcoming participants of all ages and encouraging pet owners to bring their dogs on leashes.
