Citizens are invited to speak on agenda or non-agenda items. However, please note that state law will not permit the Parks & Keep SPI Beautiful Committee to discuss, debate, or consider items not on the agenda. Citizen comments on non-agenda items may be referred to City Staff or placed on a future agenda.
