PALMVIEW, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An adult and two juveniles are facing charges of aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity, according to a release from the City of Palmview.
Palmview Police Department identified and arrested the suspects in connection with a
car robbery that happened at Whataburger. The incident left one woman injured on May 17.

Background:
At 2:38 a.m., police responded to a single-vehicle accident at the Stripes Convenience Store, located at 806 Palma Dr.
Shortly after, an officer was called out to a nearby Whataburger restaurant, where a woman reported her vehicle stolen. Authorities were able to connect the two reports and discovered the stolen vehicle was involved in the Stripes crash.
The man, who was driving the stolen car, allegedly collided with a barrier located at the Stripes Convenience Store diesel pumps and ran away after the impact with the two other suspects.
An investigation into the incident revealed that before the crash, the three suspects were seen walking into the Whataburger at approximately 2:30 a.m. before stealing the vehicle.
The victim suffered a fractured foot and continues to recuperate.
