WESLACO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal crash that occurred Sunday morning.

A DPS spokesperson told ValleyCental, the crash led to a confirmed fatality. The incident occurred near Mile 4 W and Mile 12 N in Weslaco.
