Nearly 2500 voters cast their ballot on second early day of voting

RIO GRANDE VALLEY, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Early voting kicked off across the Valley on Monday, and ValleyCentral took a look at what day two looked like across all polling locations.

On Tuesday, 881 voters cast their ballots in Cameron County, while 1610 people voted in Hidalgo County.

With 21 polling locations in Cameron County, 206 people voted at the Brownsville Public Library. In Hidalgo's 29 polling locations, 521 votes were cast at the Elections Annex Building.

Early voting will run through Oct. 31. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 4.
