NBC 23/CBS 4 going live from 2025 Crawfish Boil festival

MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Our NBC 23 and CBS 4 crews are going live for their evening newscast at the 32nd annual Crawfish Boil event hosted by the Crawfish Boil Foundation.

The event is being held at the Payne Auto Group Rodeo Arena at the RGV Livestock Show Grounds.

According to the Crawfish Boil Foundation's official website, general admission tickets for April 25 have sold out.

Attendees who purchased tickets will get to enjoy unlimited crawfish, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, drinks, and the Sammy Kershaw concert.

All net proceeds will go to six local charities: CASA for Children Hidalgo County, Children’s Advocacy Center of Hidalgo and Starr Counties, Foster Angels South Texas, Capable Kids, Silver Ribbon Community Partners, and Children’s Haven International.

Our NBC 23 and CBS 4 crews will go live from the event for their 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. evening newscasts.
