Musk announces goal for fourth Starship launch

BOCA CHICA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Elon Musk announced SpaceX's goal for the fourth Starship launch.

"Goal of this mission is for Starshipto get through max reentry heating with all systems functioning," Musk stated in a post on X.

Earlier this month ValleyCentral reported SpaceX was aiming to launch its fourth Starship in early May, according to the company's president and chief operating officer, Gwynne Shotwell.

SpaceX launched its third test of the most powerful rocket ever built from Boca Chica Beach on March 14. The rocket made it past stage separation and into Earth’s orbit, before it was lost during reentry.
