Motorcyclist suffers serious bodily injury in collision with pickup

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — McAllen Police are investigating a collision between a Chevy Silverado pickup and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that occurred Tuesday.

According to the McAllen Police Department's news release, around 6:26 p.m., officers responded to N. Conway Road and SH 107.

The motorcyclist, a 69-year-old man, sustained serious bodily injury as a result of the accident and was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

All parties remained at the scene and reported the crash information to police.

The accident remains under investigation.
