Mosquito spraying scheduled for Pharr

PHARR, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of Pharr will spray for mosquitos starting Friday night.

Crews will begin spraying in south Pharr at 10 p.m., April 4.

Pharr shares tips on mosquito bite prevention:

Wear long sleeves and pants
Apply repellant
Remove standing water

The city encourages residents to download the Pharr 311 app to report mosquitos in the area and other non-emergency issues.
