More than 250 Valley customers without power Wednesday afternoon

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Customers in Cameron and Hidalgo Counties are experiencing power outages Wednesday afternoon.

According to American Electric Power there are 176 customer outages being reported in Cameron County, 38 reported in Hidalgo County and 12 reported in Starr County.

Magic Valley Electric Coop is reporting 39 customers affected in Hidalgo County.
