PHARR, Texas – More industrial property is coming on the market in north Pharr next to I-69C.
The Class A, flex industrial facility is located at 5101 North Cage Boulevard. It is on the west side of the expressway, just north of Nolana Avenue. Totaling 24,990 square feet, the new building will offer a range of sizes, from 3,570 square feet up to 24,990 square feet.
A groundbreaking ceremony, hosted by Pharr Economic Development Corporation, was held recently for the project. Property owner Sameer Wadhwani, of Tesh Flex, LLC, said the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.

This Class A flex-industrial project is located on Interstate 69, with great visibility and access, and is centrally located in the McAllen MSA, in the city of Pharr. The size ranges of the suites are flexible from 3,570 square feet up to 24,990 square feet.”
