Mission Police seek help to ID suspect in kidnapping case

MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Mission police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect in connection with an aggravated kidnapping.

The man was caught on surveillance video wearing a black snapback with white accents, a black t-shirt, blue straight-leg ripped jeans, and gray tennis shoes.
