Mission FD: 2-vehicle accident leaves 13 people injured

HIDALGO COUNTY, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An investigation is underway following a two-vehicle crash that left 13 people injured, the Mission Fire Department stated.

Mission Fire Department, Fire Chief Mike Silva, told ValleyCentral, the two-vehicle accident happened Saturday afternoon near Moorefield Road within Hidalgo County lines.

Silva added, all 13 patients were transported to different hospitals.

The cause of the accident is under investigation. Officials have not released the victim's condition.
