Missing person found dead in Weslaco Dollar General lot

WESLACO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Weslaco Police is investigating a body found in a car at a Dollar General parking lot.

Police say they received a report of a missing person and began the search for the individual and the vehicle.

Officers discovered the missing person, a man, dead inside the vehicle at the scene at 2111 W. Business 83.

Police say this is an active investigation, and additional details will be released as they become available.
