When the officer arrived, he was directed to the sidewalk where Salazar was found laying on the ground with swelling on her left eyebrow and forehead. While waiting for an ambulance to arrive, a security guard told police that Salazar was seen assaulting her boyfriend prior to their arrival, the report stated.

EMS arrived, and advised that Salazar had to be transported to a hospital due to her injuries and intoxication level. At this point, the document states that Salazar asked her boyfriend to take her home, to which he responded that she needed to go to the hospital.

"Sophitia immediately became upset and yelled at [her boyfriend,] 'I f----- hate you!' and kicked [her boyfriend] in his genital area with her right foot, causing [him] to bend forward and wince out of pain and discomfort," the report stated.

Officers then advised Salazar that she would be placed under arrest.

During a search of her Playboy backpack, officers found a pink metallic grinder and a white box that had a baggie of marijuana.

After arriving at the hospital, Salazar became upset and removed her dress and was given a hospital gown. While waiting for a medical test, Salazar asked the officer to let her go. The officer responded that he could not let her go, and she then asked how much money it would take for him to let her go. The officer said he refused the bribe, which upset her.

"Sophitia then exposed her [private areas] by pulling up her hospital gown, raising both of her legs towards her chest and separated them," the report stated. "While Sophitia held both of her legs open she made the following statement, 'What about this [expletive]?! Will you let me go if I give you this!?'"

Hospital staff began to cover Salazar with a blanket, while she screamed that she wanted the officer to see so he would let her go.
