McAllen police search for man accused of child sex assault

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A police search is underway for a man accused of sexually assaulting a minor, according to the McAllen Police Department.

Mario Arturo Perez Larrondo, 44, faces a charge of aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree felony.

A news release by the McAllen Police Department states that the alleged sexual assault was reported to authorities on Oct. 20.

Police add that the minor was under 14 years of age.

Larrondo is 5 feet and 11 inches tall, weighs approximately 210 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Larrondo's last known address is in McAllen.
