McAllen police locate, arrest teen wanted for assault

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A teenage boy wanted on two charges was located and arrested by the McAllen Police Department.

Xzavion Hinojosa, 17, was arrested Monday for assault and engaging in organized criminal activity.

According to a previous report, the assault was reported at 7:36 p.m. on June 22 at the 6600 block of N. 5th St.

Police say Hinojosa conspired with other people to assault a 15 year old.

Hinojosa was issued a $30,000 bond for assault and $20,000 bond for engaging in organized criminal activity.
