McAllen police investigating public sex allegations at gym

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — McAllen police are searching to find the identity of individuals accused of public lewdness after a video circulating online appeared to depict sexual conduct at a TruFit in McAllen.

Police say they received a call on Thursday regarding a social media post depicting a video of people inside the TruFit Athletic Club in McAllen allegedly engaging in sexual conduct.

Officers responded to the 5300 block of 23rd Street, around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, where the activity was reported to have taken place.

However, when they arrived, they did not report seeing any sexual activity on-scene.

Officers are investigating and looking to identify the parties involved, as well as when and where this recorded act of public lewdness occurred.

Police say this is an ongoing investigation.
