Man wanted for allegedly stealing lottery tickets in Donna

DONNA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Donna Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a man allegedly involved in a theft.

According to a news release from Donna PD, Emmanuel Longoria, 35, is wanted for his involvement in a theft of Loteria Supreme lottery tickets.

Surveillance footage shows Longoria entering a Stripes, tricking the clerk and stealing the lottery tickets through a small opening near the register before hiding the tickets and leaving the store without paying.
