HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A man was transported to a hospital Wednesday morning after a truck rolled over, landing on a concrete barrier in Harlingen.
The accident occurred on the westbound lane of Bass Blvd. in Harlingen. According to police, the driver was exiting and hit the center barrier, causing a rollover and ultimately landing on the concrete barrier.
Two people were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. The driver, a female, was not injured in the crash. A male passenger sustained injuries that police said did not appear major. He was transported to a local hospital.
The exit was closed off while first responders tended to the scene.
