Make-A-Wish grants Rio Grande Valley boy's Disney dream

FALFURRIAS, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Make-A-Wish Rio Grande Valley Foundation is helping a 9-year-old boy's dream of visiting Disney World come true.

On Friday, the Make-A-Wish Foundation is revealing Jesse's wish during a community event held at 9:30 a.m. at HEB, 700 S. Saint Marys Street.

“Going to Disney World means everything to me,” Jesse said. “I imagine getting on the rides and seeing all the characters!”

Jesse is a bright and creative child who enjoys playing with Legos, planes and swimming. He loves cheeseburgers, Oreos and watching his show "Tom and Jerry."

The event is sponsored by HEB Gulf Coast, whose support is helping bring Jesse's dream to life.
