Lyford HS 5K fundraiser to aid senior trip, service project

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Lyford High School will hold its 5K run organized by the senior class to fundraise for their senior trip, prom, and a service project of a prayer pole on campus.

Registration is $25, which includes a free T-shirt, and the event is this Saturday, April 5 at Lyford High School, starting at 8 a.m.

Participants can register via a QR code or by calling the school office.

The funds raised will also support graduation and other senior activities.

The event is open to all, and the community is encouraged to promote it on social media.
