Local restaurant honors veterans with complimentary meals

LA FERIA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Los Amigos restaurant is giving back this Memorial Day.

The restaurant is thanking the Veterans who served the country with a free meal in celebration of Memorial Day.

"I want to thank everyone, and you know you're welcome to the restaurant and have a free meal on us," said Alfredo Gomez, owner of Los Amigos Restaurant.

The restaurant, located at 105 South Main Street, will provide free meals during its operating hours, which are from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
