La Joya PD search for suspect in home burglary

LA JOYA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — La Joya police are searching for a man who they believe stole items from a home.

At 4:15 p.m. Monday, La Joya police were called to a home on the 800 block of Rancho Escondido to investigate a report of a burglary of a habitation.

An investigation of the case revealed a man, identified as 21-year-old Alan Antonio Perez-Vasquez, stole items from the residence.

Perez-Vasquez is believed to be in the La Joya area or to have fled to Mexico.
