La Joya PD gathers aid for Central Texas flood victims

LA JOYA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The La Joya Police Department is collecting donations in an effort to help assist those affected by the severe flooding in Central Texas.

The La Joya Police Department is accepting the following donations:

• Non-perishable food items, including canned goods, dried goods, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, and crackers.
• Bottled water
• Sanitary items
• Hygiene products
• Sleeping bags
• First-aid supplies
• Cleaning supplies
• Infant formula
• Diapers (all sizes)

Donations can be dropped off at the La Joya Police Department, located at 701 E Expressway 83.

All collected donated items will be distributed to the impacted areas, including the Kerrville area and its surrounding regions.
