LA JOYA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The La Joya Independent School District has launched an outreach campaign to promote its bilingual pre-K programs.
La Joya leaders will lead the Boots on the Ground Campaign by directly visiting neighborhoods and offering information to help families enroll.
"Our goal is to ensure every eligible child has access to an early start in education," Marcey Sorensen, Superintendent of Schools. "This campaign is about meeting families where they are and helping them take that important first step."
The weeklong campaign will kick off Monday, June 16, and continue through Monday, June 26.
