Hundreds of customers without power across the Valley

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Hundreds of customers are without power across the Valley Wednesday morning.

10:15 a.m.

AEP Texas reports 136 customer outages along Nolana Avenue to State Highway 107 between Jackson and Taylor roads. In total, Hidalgo County is experiencing 216 outages. The electric company is also reporting 269 outages in Cameron County.

Magic Valley Electric Cooperative reports 33 power outages in Hidalgo County. A majority of the outages are located along Valley Way Avenue in Pharr.
