ALAMO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of Alamo celebrated the completion of a water and sewer project in a neighborhood that city leaders say has been a historically underserved area.

A ceremony was held at Morningside South, gathering city leaders and partners who contributed to the improvement project.

"Our goal was to ensure the families in this neighborhood have the same level of safety, access, and quality of life as the rest of our community," Salinas continued.
