Heavy law enforcement presence in Alton

ALTON, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A heavy law enforcement presence was spotted on Wednesday afternoon in Hidalgo County. 

ValleyCentral reached out to the Alton Police Chief and confirmed a law enforcement operation is underway near Inspiration Road, near Mile 5 Line.
