HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of Harlingen is lending a helping hand to residents and businesses impacted by the recent storm.

Harlingen is waiving rehabilitation permit fees for flood-related damages.

Residents and businesses are asked to provide photo proof of flood damages that show property damage.
