Harlingen Sunburst Rotary Club hosts Wine & Women Golf Tournament

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — As International Women's Day approaches, the Harlingen Sunburst Rotary Club is hosting its 3rd annual Wine & Women Golf Tournament.

The event will take place on Sat0urday, March 8 at the Stuart Place Country Club located at 155 Highland Dr. in Harlingen. Registration begins at 11 a.m. and shotgun tee-off begins at noon.

The tournament is a three-lady scramble over nine holes. Golfers are encouraged to dress up as this year's theme of Mardi Gras.

All the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Family Crisis Center, a local non-profit dedicated to helping domestic violence and sexual assault victims.
