Harlingen Splash Pad now open

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Splash Pad at Lon C. Hill in Harlingen is officially open for summer fun.

The city encourages the public to come out and enjoy the refreshing waters.

The splash pad is open every day of the week except Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Collaborations for the improvements were done with the city's parks and recreation department and aquatics department.

Renovations were done strictly in-house and were completed on Wednesday, June 12.
