Harlingen police, NCMEC seek help to find missing teen

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Harlingen police and the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing teen.

Nicole Hinojosa, 15, was last seen on March 23 in Harlingen.
