HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Harlingen Police Department arrested five people during a drug seizure.
Belinda Mancillas, Thalisa Gonzales, Brianna Mancillas and Francisco Mancillas were charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana (class A misdemeanor) and possession of marijuana (class B misdemeanor), according to a news release from Harlingen PD.
Juan Arreola was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, a first-degree felony. Additionally, Arreola is issued an immigration detainer.

On Wednesday, Harlingen police executed a narcotics search at the 400 block of Jennifer Court, where they found the following items:
- 2.3 ounces of marijuana
- 1,654.45 grams of cocaine
- 47,488 grams of crack cocaine
- six pistols
- two rifles
- $43,639 in U.S. currency
Arrerola, Gonzalez, Belinda Mancillas, Brianna Mancillas and Francisco Mancillas were taken into custody.
Belinda Mancillas was a suspect in an ongoing federal investigation and her case is being referred to Homeland Security Investigations for prosecution, according to Harlingen PD.
Gonzalez, Brianna Mancillas and Francisco Mancillas were issued $205,000 bond each. Arreola was issued a total bond of $200,000.
