Harlingen expressway accident leaves one person in critical condition

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — One person is in critical condition following a crash on the expressway in Harlingen.

The accident happened after 1 p.m. Monday on the eastbound lanes of Expressway 83 along the Palm Valley and Primera exit.

EMS confirmed one person is in critical condition and was transported to an area hospital for medical evaluation.
