HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Edinburg native band Grupo Frontera teased a new song collaboration with Shakira at the Besame Mucho Festival this weekend.
The group gave a little preview of their new song with Grammy-winning artist Shakira, titled Entre Paréntesis, during their set at the festival.
Grupo Frontera has risen in the music industry, from collaborating with some of the top Latin artists, such as Bad Bunny, Peso Pluma and Fuerza Regida, to performing alongside Bad Bunny in the second weekend of Coachella in 2023.
The group has also been nominated in the 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards, 2023 Premio Juventud Awards, 2024 People's Choice Awards, 2024 iHeart Radio Music Awards, and Lo Nuestro Awards.
The song (Entre Paréntesis) featuring Grupo Frontera will be in Shakira's new album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran and will be released on March 22. The album will be available in all music streaming services.
