Groundbreaking ceremony held for Anzalduas Industrial Park

MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of Mission held a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday for The Industrial Park at Anzalduas.

The initiative is partnered with the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce and is poised to redefine Mission's industrial landscape and meet the escalating demand for modern industrial spaces.

The ceremony represented a significant milestone for The Industrial Park at Anzalduas, signaled the beginning of a journey towards economic development, job creation and community enrichment for the city.

Spanning 145 acres of industrial land on Military Road between South Conway Avenue and South Bryan Road, The Industrial Park at Anzalduas is set to become a cornerstone of industrial innovation in the area.

Approximately 6.3 million square feet of industrial land is set to be developed and over 2.2 million square feet will be dedicated to industrial warehousing, underscoring the project's commitment to providing cutting-edge facilities for businesses.
