GALLERY: 87th annual Charro Days Illuminated Parade

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) -- Lights, music, color and lots of fun! ValleyCentral hosted the 2024 Charro Days Illuminated Parade. 

Charro Days brings the Brownsville community together to celebrate the Hispanic culture with music and traditional attire.

Illuminated floats from Public Utilities Board, Border Patrol, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez and many more were seen at the parade. 

Even our very own CBS4 and NBC23 crews were at the parade on our very own float wearing their best Charro Days dress.

Performances from the Veterans Memorial Early College High School band, Rivera Early High School, Stillman Middle School band, Stell Middle School, and others played various pieces that made the crowd dance.
