BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Funeral services have now been announced for 4-year-old Logan Urbina, who died after being left behind in a hot daycare van on Friday.

Services will be held on Monday, July 7.
A GoFundMe has been set up in memory of Logan.

Urbina was attending The Learning Club Pre School, located at the 3900 block of Paredes Line Rd. Authorities say the 4-year-old was left in a daycare van and was found unresponsive on Friday.
Second daycare employee arrested in death of child left in van
On Saturday, Karen Silva, 36, was the first person arrested in connection with the death of Logan Urbina. Silva was charged with injury to a child causing death, a second-degree felony, and was issued a $10,000 bond.
On Monday, police announced that Sendy Ruiz, 38, was the second person arrested in connection and taken into police custody. Ruiz was arraigned for the same charges and issued a $60,000 bond.
Abril Luna, Public Information Officer for the Brownsville Police Department, confirmed both Ruiz and Silva were employees of the daycare at the time of the boy’s death. The two women were the last to use the daycare van to transport the children.
